Since 2010 I now also offer massages, to make it easier for people to make the step to “energy work”. There was a demand for this because some people have no clue what energy work (work on your energetic system to improve your wellbeing) could mean for them. Eastern type of massages do include this kind of work, but for the classic massages I also can give a unique touch by adding something extra to it. The accent will always be pure relaxation and wellness, but without even you realizing it, I will do some degree of work on your energy system (chakras or meridians), so that you will receive more than just a massage!
- Chakra Hot Stone massage: manual massage with original hawaian lava stones. This massage gives your whole energy system a delicious boost.
- Tachyon massage: massage with the hands alternated with massage with tachyon bars, nicely warmed up “au bain marie”. This gives a special sensation that goes deep. The tachyon bars contain tachyon antennes produced by Advanced Tachyon Technologies. This massage contains a chakra balancing and treatment of meridians, all integrated in the massage.
- Indian massage: massage with warm oil and using ayurveda massage techniques. Several meridians are receiving attention. Very deeply relaxing, the stress accumulated all melts away.
- Butterfly massage : a very light and soft massage, with repetitive movements that feel so nice they surprisingly never get boring. This is recommended to strengthen and relax the nervous system. The bladder meridian gets special attention too. Note that in this massage no petrissages nor frictions are used. This makes the massage appropriate for most people.
- Swedish massage: classic relaxation massage (that do include the western techniques of petrissage and frictions). If the client wants this I can integrate a tiny bit of energy work in this massage (I have clients who specifically ask me to do this).
- Foot reflexology: foot massage that exists already a thousands of years. It is based on the ancient knowledge that on our feet are reflexology points that are connected to our organs or parts of the body. This massage is in the first place also meant as a pleasant relaxation. If desired some special attention can be given to specific points to help improve some minor health issues.
On request it is possible to combine foot reflexology with hotstone for the feet. One foot receives small hot stones between the fingers and a bigger hot stone on the bottom of the foot, the foot is wrapped in a towel. The other foot is receiving the massage and vice versa. This is an excellent treatment if you easily have cold feet.
- I am currently in training for cranio-sacral work, possibly I will add this to my selection in the future.
